1. Acceptance

By using riffboston.com you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 13 to create an account.

2. Listings are informational

Show dates, times, prices, lineups, age limits and venue details come from venues, ticket sellers and public sources and can change or contain errors. Always confirm with the venue or official ticket seller before buying or traveling. Riff Boston is not a ticket seller, promoter or venue and is not responsible for cancellations, changes, refunds or events themselves.

3. Tickets and affiliate links

Ticket purchases happen on third-party sites under their terms. Some links are affiliate links and we may earn a commission. Resale marketplaces may price above face value.

4. Accounts and user content

You are responsible for your account. When you submit shows, photos, clips, chat messages or tribute memories, you confirm you have the rights to them and grant Riff Boston a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and moderate them on the Service. No harassment, hate, spam, illegal content or infringement. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

5. Merchandise and donations

Merch is fulfilled by a third-party provider; prices, shipping and returns are shown at checkout. Donations support operating the site, are voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law, and are not tax-deductible unless explicitly stated.

6. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, email bealstreetmedia@gmail.com with: your contact info, the work, the URL of the material, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized, and your signature. We remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, brand and software are owned by Riff Boston — see the Copyright Notice. Band, venue and ticketing names belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIFF BOSTON IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSSES FROM EVENTS, TICKETS OR THIRD-PARTY SITES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $50 OR AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Riff Boston against claims arising from your content or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
